Nice weather, low on diapers, toddler taking off his own diaper... time to potty train. Step 1 -- naked for a day to make it easier, naked outside to make it easiest.

So how is it going? Matt takes off his diaper all the time and a couple times he says "Uh oh" and I come to find pee on the floor. I need any tricks of the trade. Hope the training goes well. :)
Nice! Looking forward to hearing how it's going, Lalona! We had some friends in Phoenix who let their kids run around outside for 3 days straight naked -- they said it worked everytime! :)
