Pumpkin Carving

Traditionally, we carve a simply eyes/nose/mouth pumpkin. However, this year I wanted to take it up a notch, and I bravely bought a book with stencils for a spectacular jack-o-lantern. After nearly an hour of trying to do step 1, I convinced Brendan that we should wait until Daddy got home. Luckily, Dan is both more skilled and more patient, and he and Brendan finished it off. My role? Picture-taker. I liked that role much better.  Although, I must not be very good at it since I neglected to take a picture of the finished product. Whoops.
