Kentucky - Day 1

The boys and I took a fall trip to Kentucky to see my family.  We had a whirlwhind of a week filled with playground fun, a pumpkin patch, a llama and horse farm, Gran Gran's amazing cooking, my brother Travis's birthday dinner, playing with cousins, and spending tons of quality time with Mamaw and Papaw.  Here's day 1!

Batman Brendan!

I love this picture. Hadley was outside playing and we were all in the basement. He looked in the window and I happened to have my camera in hand.

This is Brendan's new "on-demand" smile.

My parents have a playground at their new home. The kids looooove it!

Cuteness.

Hadley has no fear. I am glad Papaw was there, because Had would have jumped regardless!

I am not sure if he is reaching for Papaw or telling him he can do it alone...

Just having fun!

Swings!

There is nothing better than seeing your kids have this much fun just playing, being imaginative, and being with family.

Hadley thought Mamaw's medicine bottles were fantastic musical instruments!
