Art Project

Lately my mom has had lots of time on her hands. Those of you that know my mom know that she has to always be busy, even if she is recovering from serious knee surgery. Well, she has LOVED the fact that the past two weeks she has been able to put all of her energy into "lesson plans" for me. We go on discovery walks, practice numbers and letters, work on sounding out words, sing and dance to songs, build obstacle courses to climb over and through, take field trips, and -- as you can see in this post -- complete art projects. This one came from Parent's Magazine. She put different colors of condiments on my tray (she couldn't use paint since I would eat it) and I got to mix them all together. You will see my masterpiece below...

This was soooo fun! I especially loved squeezing it through my fingers.

But I do not advise you to eat it... Uggghhh
